Pheeb is operated by AHP Group Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ ("AHP Group Limited", "Pheeb", "we", "us" or "our").
The term "you" refers to the individual, business or organisation accessing, registering for or using Pheeb.
Please read these Terms of Use before accessing or using Pheeb.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing Pheeb or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Pheeb.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you access Pheeb from outside the United Kingdom, you remain subject to these Terms and are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your own use of Pheeb.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify you of material changes by email, through Pheeb or by another reasonable electronic method.
Your continued use of Pheeb after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, AI Policy and Data Processing Agreement where relevant.
Pheeb is an all-in-one business platform for businesses and business professionals.
Pheeb is a white-label implementation of the HighLevel platform.
Pheeb may provide access to features including:
Customer relationship management.
Websites and funnels.
Forms.
Calendars.
Email.
SMS and messaging.
Telephone services.
Workflows and automations.
Payment functionality.
Reputation management.
Artificial intelligence features.
Courses, memberships and communities.
Other business tools made available through HighLevel or Pheeb.
The features available within Pheeb may change from time to time.
The underlying platform infrastructure is provided by HighLevel.
Certain functions depend on HighLevel and other third-party technologies, providers and integrations.
Pheeb is intended for use by businesses and business professionals.
To use Pheeb, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Be using Pheeb wholly or mainly for purposes relating to a business, trade, profession or commercial activity.
Not be prohibited from using Pheeb under any law that applies to you.
If you register for Pheeb on behalf of a company, partnership, organisation or other business, you confirm that you have authority to enter into these Terms on its behalf.
Where an account is opened for a business or organisation, references to "you" include that business or organisation where the context requires.
You need an account to access Pheeb.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete account information.
Keeping your account information current.
Keeping usernames, passwords and login credentials secure.
Activity carried out through your account by you or anyone authorised by you.
Making sure authorised users comply with these Terms.
Telling us without unreasonable delay if you become aware of unauthorised access.
You may allow employees, contractors or team members to access your Pheeb account where required for your business.
You remain responsible for their use of Pheeb.
You must not sell, sublicense or commercially provide access to your Pheeb subscription to another business without our prior written permission.
We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe an account has been compromised, misused or used in breach of these Terms.
Access to Pheeb is provided on a subscription basis.
The subscription price applicable to you is the price displayed or otherwise agreed when you subscribe.
Different subscription plans, promotional rates, partner rates, member rates or other pricing arrangements may be available from time to time.
Eligibility for a discounted or preferential rate may be subject to separate criteria.
By subscribing to Pheeb, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until your subscription is cancelled.
Your subscription renews automatically at the applicable billing interval unless cancelled under these Terms.
Fees are quoted in the currency shown at the point of purchase.
If your payment method operates in another currency, your bank, card provider or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or charges.
We are not responsible for those charges.
We may change subscription prices from time to time.
Where a price change affects an existing subscription, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new subscription price takes effect.
You may cancel before the new price applies.
Payments are processed using third-party payment providers.
We do not store full payment card details.
Subscriptions are billed in advance.
If a payment fails, we may attempt collection again.
We may suspend or restrict access where subscription fees or other properly due amounts remain unpaid.
You may cancel your Pheeb subscription at any time using the cancellation method available within Pheeb or by contacting us.
Unless stated otherwise when you subscribe, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
You retain access until that billing period ends.
Payments already made for a subscription period are non-refundable except where:
A refund is required by law.
We expressly agree otherwise.
We have materially failed to provide the service under these Terms and a refund is an appropriate remedy.
We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period solely as a result of you deciding to stop using Pheeb.
Cancellation does not cancel usage charges or other amounts incurred before your subscription ends.
Data and materials held within your Pheeb account may be deleted after 30 days following the end of your subscription, subject to our Data Processing Agreement and any legal retention requirements.
You are responsible for exporting or retaining information you wish to keep before your access ends.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, unlawful activity, misuse or breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
If we terminate your subscription without cause, we will provide an appropriate refund for any prepaid subscription period you cannot use.
Your Pheeb subscription gives you access to the core features included within your subscription plan.
Some services incur separate usage-based charges.
These may include:
Email sending.
SMS and MMS.
Telephone number rental.
Outbound calls.
Inbound calls.
Email verification.
Premium workflow actions.
Artificial intelligence features.
Conversation AI.
Voice AI.
Content AI.
Reviews AI.
Funnel AI.
Ask AI.
WhatsApp or other messaging services.
Other third-party or usage-based services offered through Pheeb.
Usage charges are separate from your recurring subscription fee.
Depending on the service, charges may be calculated per email, SMS segment, minute, telephone number, AI message, workflow action, verification, token, image, funnel or another measurable unit.
Current usage rates are published on the Pheeb Usage Rate Card:
Subscription fees, usage charges and other amounts payable for Pheeb are subject to taxes that apply to the transaction.
Where VAT, sales tax or another tax is required to be charged, it will be added or shown as part of the price in line with applicable law.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, business and tax information where requested.
You are responsible for taxes, duties, bank charges, currency conversion fees or similar amounts imposed by your own jurisdiction, bank, card provider or payment provider, except taxes imposed directly on the income of AHP Group Limited.
9.1 Pheeb Intellectual Property
The Pheeb platform, Pheeb name and branding, and materials supplied by us are owned by AHP Group Limited or used under licence.
These may include:
Branding.
Templates.
Done-for-you workflows.
Automation templates.
Training materials.
Written materials.
Graphics.
Guides.
Resources.
System configurations.
Other proprietary materials supplied through Pheeb.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to access and use Pheeb and included resources for your own internal business purposes.
Unless we give written permission, you must not:
Copy, reproduce, republish, sell or distribute Pheeb materials.
Sell or commercially license Pheeb templates or resources as your own products.
Remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
suggest that Pheeb or AHP Group Limited endorses your business where no endorsement exists.
use Pheeb intellectual property to create or commercially distribute a substantially copied competing product.
share proprietary Pheeb resources with people who are not authorised to access them.
All rights not expressly granted remain with AHP Group Limited or the relevant rights holder.
9.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content, data and materials you upload, create or store within Pheeb and which belong to you.
We refer to these as "Your Content".
You grant AHP Group Limited a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, transmit and process Your Content where required to provide Pheeb.
You confirm that:
You have the right to upload, store and use Your Content.
Your Content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
Your use of Your Content through Pheeb complies with applicable law.
You may request transfer or migration of your Pheeb account to another service provider or HighLevel agency, subject to technical limitations, transfer requirements, provider rules and any outstanding amounts due.
You remain entitled to export and retain your own business data, contact data, customer-created content and other materials owned by you.
Pheeb-owned templates, snapshots, workflows, automations, training materials, system configurations and other proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of AHP Group Limited or its licensors unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
We do not guarantee that every feature, configuration, integration, workflow or item within your Pheeb account can be transferred.
You are responsible for checking the requirements of the receiving provider before requesting a transfer.
Outstanding subscription fees, usage charges or other amounts properly due must be paid before transfer is completed.
Where transfer is technically possible, we will take reasonable steps to support the process.
You are responsible for maintaining copies of business-critical information, content or data stored within Pheeb that you cannot afford to lose.
Pheeb is not intended to operate as your sole backup or archival system.
Where platform functionality permits, you should periodically export or retain copies of material business data.
We do not guarantee that deleted, corrupted or unavailable data can always be recovered.
When your subscription ends, access to Pheeb and connected platform features will end under these Terms.
Data may be deleted after the retention period stated in these Terms and our Data Processing Agreement.
You are responsible for exporting information you wish to keep before your access ends.
Pheeb may connect with third-party services including domains, telephone numbers, email services, payment providers, Google services, Meta services, WhatsApp, calendars and other external accounts or integrations.
When your Pheeb subscription ends, features that rely on those connections may stop or become unavailable.
You are responsible for disconnecting, transferring or managing third-party services you wish to continue using.
Transfer or continued use of telephone numbers, domains, messaging services or connected assets may be subject to HighLevel or third-party provider rules, technical requirements, fees or approval processes.
We do not guarantee that every connected service, configuration or integration can be transferred or continued outside Pheeb.
You remain responsible for charges owed directly to third-party providers and for steps required by those providers before your Pheeb account closes.
You must not:
Use Pheeb for an unlawful purpose.
Use Pheeb in breach of laws or regulations that apply to you.
Send spam or unlawful unsolicited marketing.
Send communications in breach of applicable privacy, electronic communications or anti-spam law.
Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene or harmful content.
Attempt unauthorised access to Pheeb, infrastructure, accounts or networks.
Introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware or harmful code.
Interfere with Pheeb's security, integrity or operation.
Circumvent security or access controls.
Impersonate another person or business.
Misrepresent your relationship with another person or organisation.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Carry out fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Use Pheeb in a way that may cause material harm to another user, AHP Group Limited or a third party.
We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict features, suspend an account or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy have been breached.
Pheeb may provide access to email, SMS, MMS, telephone, WhatsApp and other communications services through HighLevel and third-party providers.
We do not guarantee that every communication will be delivered, received, connected or displayed as intended.
Delivery may be affected by:
Email filtering or spam controls.
Sender reputation.
Telephone carriers and messaging networks.
Recipient settings.
Internet or network availability.
Third-party rules or restrictions.
Domain, DNS or authentication configuration.
Account verification or approval requirements.
Changes made by connected providers.
You are responsible for configuring and using communications features appropriately and complying with applicable privacy, electronic communications, anti-spam and marketing laws.
Pheeb does not guarantee inbox placement, sender reputation, telephone connection quality, carrier acceptance, WhatsApp approval or uninterrupted availability of a third-party communications channel.
Pheeb relies on HighLevel and may connect with third-party applications, platforms and providers.
These may include payment processors, email providers, telephone providers, messaging services, AI providers, domain providers, social media platforms and calendar providers.
Third-party services are subject to their own availability, functionality, policies and terms.
We are not responsible for the content, functionality, availability or conduct of a third-party service that you choose to connect with Pheeb.
We do not guarantee that a third-party integration will remain available indefinitely.
Your use of a third-party service may create a separate contractual relationship between you and that provider.
Pheeb relies on functionality, integrations and infrastructure supplied by HighLevel and other providers.
Features, integrations, user interfaces and technical functionality may change.
We may modify, replace, restrict or discontinue individual features where:
HighLevel or another provider changes or withdraws functionality.
An integration becomes unavailable.
A feature presents a legal, security or technical risk.
A change is required to maintain or improve operation of the platform.
We replace a feature with another function serving a similar purpose.
We do not guarantee that every feature available when you subscribe will remain unchanged or permanently available.
Where a material change significantly affects the core service included in your subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where practical and provide any remedy required under these Terms or applicable law.
Pheeb may make beta, preview, early-access or experimental features available.
These features may be incomplete, contain errors, change without notice or be withdrawn.
You should test such features before relying on them for business-critical activity.
We do not guarantee that a beta, preview or experimental feature will become a permanent feature.
We will use reasonable efforts to keep Pheeb available and functioning.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Access may be interrupted by maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, HighLevel services, third-party services, infrastructure problems or matters outside our reasonable control.
We may carry out planned or emergency maintenance.
Where practical, we will provide advance notice of significant planned downtime.
Pheeb provides business software, tools, workflows, communications functionality, automation and platform features.
We do not guarantee that use of Pheeb will produce any particular business or commercial result.
This includes any specific level of:
a. Sales.
b. Revenue.
c. Profit.
d. Leads.
e. Enquiries.
f. Appointments.
g. Conversions.
h. Customer acquisition.
i. Customer retention.
j. Email deliverability.
k. Campaign performance.
l. Return on investment.
Business results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, audience, marketing activity, sales processes, data quality and use of the platform.
You remain responsible for business decisions and actions taken using Pheeb.
Pheeb may provide templates, examples, suggested wording, AI-generated content and other business resources.
These materials are for general business use and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, employment, regulatory or other regulated professional advice.
AI-generated content and templates may not reflect laws, regulations, standards or circumstances applying to your business.
You are responsible for reviewing materials before relying on or using them and for obtaining suitable professional advice where required.
AHP Group Limited is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on templates, AI-generated outputs or informational materials available through Pheeb.
Pheeb is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not give an express or implied warranty that:
Pheeb will meet every individual business requirement.
Every feature will remain permanently available.
Pheeb will operate without interruption.
Pheeb will be free from errors.
Every third-party integration will operate continuously.
Every defect will be corrected immediately.
Pheeb will be compatible with every third-party system or device.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AHP Group Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of Pheeb.
This includes loss of profits, business, opportunity, goodwill or data where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or connected with Pheeb, whether in contract, tort including negligence or otherwise, will not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to AHP Group Limited during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify AHP Group Limited against claims, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses arising from:
Your unlawful use of Pheeb.
Your material breach of these Terms.
Your infringement of a third party's intellectual property or legal rights.
Data or content uploaded or processed by you where you did not have the right or lawful basis to use it.
This clause does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own negligence, fraud or unlawful conduct.
AHP Group Limited will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing Pheeb where the failure or delay is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This may include widespread internet or telecommunications failure, major third-party platform outages, cyber incidents, natural disasters, government action, industrial disputes or other events that materially prevent the service from operating.
Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to restore or continue the affected service where possible.
You may terminate your subscription by cancelling it under clause 5.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately where:
a. You materially breach these Terms.
b. You materially breach our Acceptable Use Policy.
c. You use Pheeb unlawfully.
d. Your account presents a material security risk.
e. Subscription or usage charges remain unpaid.
f. Continuing to provide the service would place us in breach of law or a binding obligation.
When your subscription ends, your right to use Pheeb ends subject to any remaining access period under clause 5.
Clauses intended by their nature to continue after termination remain in effect, including intellectual property, liability, payment obligations and indemnity provisions.
Where these Terms or a Pheeb policy require written notice, notice may be given electronically.
We may send notices to the email address associated with your Pheeb account, display a notice within Pheeb or use another electronic method reasonably likely to bring the notice to your attention.
You are responsible for keeping account contact details current.
A notice sent electronically will be treated as received when sent or displayed unless applicable law requires another approach.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise, agency or fiduciary relationship between you and AHP Group Limited.
Neither party has authority to bind the other or enter into obligations on the other's behalf unless expressly agreed in writing.
Unless these Terms expressly state otherwise, a person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
The rights of AHP Group Limited and the Pheeb customer to vary, terminate or manage these Terms do not require the consent of a third party.
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to Pheeb, please contact us so we have an opportunity to address it directly.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to any law requiring another jurisdiction, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
If we do not enforce a right immediately, this does not amount to a waiver of that right.
These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement between you and AHP Group Limited concerning use of Pheeb.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and AI Policy.
Where you use Pheeb to process Personal Data on behalf of your own business, our Data Processing Agreement also forms part of your agreement with us and governs that processing.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations as part of a sale, restructuring, transfer of business or other lawful commercial arrangement.
You may not assign your contractual obligations without our prior written consent.

AHP Group Limited ("we", "us" or "our") operates Pheeb and is committed to protecting personal data.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data relating to Pheeb and describes rights available to individuals whose personal data we process.

Create, administer and maintain Pheeb accounts.
Manage subscriptions.
Process subscription payments and usage charges.

Stripe is used by AHP Group Limited for payment processing, subscription billing and related payment administration.
Google Workspace
Google Workspace is used by AHP Group Limited for business administration, communication and operational support connected with Pheeb.
Pheeb serves customers in multiple countries.
Personal data may be transferred to or processed in countries outside the United Kingdom.
This may include countries in which HighLevel or other authorised providers operate.
Where data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism will be used.
We retain personal data for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected.
This may include your active subscription period and a period after your subscription ends for:

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances of processing, you may have rights including:

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out rules governing use of Pheeb.
It forms part of your agreement with AHP Group Limited and should be read with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and AI Policy.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account by you and authorised users.
You must not:
Carry out or facilitate unlawful activity.
Commit or facilitate fraud.
Knowingly misrepresent your identity or business.
Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing or financial crime.
Sell, distribute or promote unlawful goods or services.
You must not:
Send unlawful unsolicited bulk communications.
Send commercial communications in breach of applicable electronic marketing or anti-spam law.
Use purchased, rented, scraped or harvested lists where their use would be unlawful.
Use deceptive sender identities, subject lines or messaging practices.
Continue sending marketing communications to someone who has lawfully opted out.
You must not use Pheeb to upload, store, transmit or distribute content that:
Is unlawful.
Is defamatory.
Is abusive, threatening or harassing.
Incites hatred or unlawful discrimination.
Exploits or sexualises children.
Facilitates criminal conduct.
Unlawfully infringes another person's rights.
You must not:
Infringe intellectual property rights belonging to another person.
Collect or process personal data unlawfully.
Publish personal data without a lawful basis.
Use Pheeb to circumvent privacy or data protection obligations.
You must not:
Attempt unauthorised access to Pheeb or connected systems.
Introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware or harmful code.
Carry out denial-of-service attacks.
Interfere with Pheeb's operation or security.
Attempt to bypass usage, access or security restrictions.
Reverse engineer protected source code except where such a restriction cannot lawfully be imposed.
You must not:
Use automation, AI or communications features to harass or harm another person.
Use Pheeb to impersonate another person or organisation.
Resell access to Pheeb without written agreement.
Copy proprietary Pheeb materials for commercial distribution.
Use Pheeb resources to create a substantially copied competing product.
If you use Pheeb to send marketing communications, you are responsible for complying with laws applying to those communications.
You must:
Have an appropriate lawful basis for sending communications.
Provide a working unsubscribe or opt-out method where required.
Honour valid unsubscribe requests.
Identify yourself accurately as the sender.
Keep appropriate records concerning consent or another lawful basis where required.
Comply with applicable privacy, electronic communications and anti-spam law.
We may restrict communications features where we reasonably believe your account is generating excessive complaints, spam reports, provider warnings or unlawful communications.
Where you use Pheeb to collect, store or process personal data relating to your contacts, clients, customers, team members or subscribers, you will normally act as controller for that information.
You are responsible for:
Having a lawful basis for collecting and processing personal data.
Providing appropriate privacy information.
Responding to data protection rights relating to data for which you are controller.
Using personal data in line with applicable law.
Applying appropriate safeguards where processing sensitive or higher-risk information.
Configuring your Pheeb account and workflows to support your legal obligations.
AHP Group Limited acts as processor where the relevant processing meets the requirements for controller and processor status.
Our Data Processing Agreement governs that processing.
If we reasonably believe you have breached this policy, we may:
Contact you and ask you to correct the issue.
Restrict a feature.
Suspend communications or sending privileges.
Temporarily suspend your Pheeb account.
Permanently terminate your account.
Report unlawful activity to an appropriate authority where permitted or required by law.
Take legal action where appropriate.
Termination arising from material breach does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund.

Features may depend on subscription, account settings, provider availability or HighLevel platform changes.
When you or your contacts interact with an AI feature, information may be processed to produce the requested output or action.

Call or message content.
Behavioural information.
Information used for lead scoring.

AI functionality within Pheeb is supplied through HighLevel and may rely on AI providers used by HighLevel.
Relevant data processing arrangements apply where those providers process personal data.
AI-generated output may contain mistakes.
It may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inappropriate or unsuitable for your intended use.
You are responsible for deciding whether AI-generated output is suitable before relying on, publishing, sending or acting upon it.
AI features are tools to support your work and are not a substitute for appropriate human judgement and oversight.
AI systems may reflect errors, assumptions or bias contained in underlying models or source information.
You should review AI-generated materials before using them in a business-critical context.
When using AI features, you are responsible for your use of those features.
You must:
Review AI-generated content where human review is appropriate.
Comply with applicable law.
Use personal data lawfully.
Obtain permissions or consents required for the intended use.
Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Avoid using AI to create unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or harmful content.
Exercise appropriate care when using confidential, sensitive or personal information.
Consider whether clients, customers, employees or other individuals need to be told that AI is being used.
You remain responsible for business decisions made using AI-generated information.
If you use Pheeb to process personal data relating to your contacts, clients or customers, you will normally act as controller for that information.
You remain responsible for deciding whether use of an AI feature involving that data is lawful and appropriate.
This may require you to:
Establish a lawful basis for processing.
Provide appropriate privacy information.
Assess whether an individual would reasonably expect their information to be used in that way.
Assess whether higher-risk data is suitable for the relevant AI feature.
Maintain suitable human involvement where required.
Our Data Processing Agreement governs processing carried out by AHP Group Limited on your behalf where relevant.
Pheeb may include lead scoring, contact prioritisation, AI-assisted routing, automated workflows and other functions capable of influencing or triggering actions relating to contacts.
You are responsible for deciding how these features are configured and used.
Where your use of Pheeb involves automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects for an individual, you are responsible for complying with applicable data protection law.
This may include:
Giving appropriate information to individuals.
Maintaining suitable human involvement.
Allowing decisions to be reviewed or challenged where required.
Assessing whether the automated processing is appropriate for the intended purpose.
Pheeb does not determine the purposes for which you use automated decision-making features in your own business.
AI-generated materials made available through Pheeb do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, employment, regulatory or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for checking AI-generated material and obtaining suitable professional advice where required.
Many AI features may be optional.
Where the platform allows a feature to be activated or deactivated, you can choose whether to use it.
Some AI functionality may form part of the underlying HighLevel platform and may not have a separate account-level switch.
Availability and configuration may change.
Some AI features incur separate usage charges.
Charges may be calculated by:
Message.
Voice minute.
Words generated.
Images generated.
Funnels generated.
Actions.
Tokens.
Other units used by the relevant provider.

AI usage charges are separate from your recurring Pheeb subscription fee unless your subscription expressly states otherwise.
AI features within Pheeb may be provided by HighLevel using third-party AI providers.
The providers, models, processing locations and functionality may change over time.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of output produced by an AI model.
Information concerning relevant sub-processors is available through the Pheeb Sub-processors page and HighLevel's sub-processor information.
We may update this AI Policy when AI functionality, providers, processing practices or legal requirements change.
Where a change is material, we may notify you by email, through Pheeb or by another reasonable method.
